GtChatPro allows the customers to better connect with their visitors (potential customers) in real-time with platforms of live chat (GtChatPro Services).

GtChatPro servers are easily accessible through a web browser interface. GtChatPro web interface and Mobile applications require a subscription for downloading and installing the applications. The browser interface needs a code from the subscribers to install the GtChatPro sent on the Subscriber's website. Once the integration is done, access the GtChatPro as the web interface, mobile application, or a GtChatPro widget, this is possible by accessing and registering with GtChatPro services. You need to be agreed with the terms privacy policy and any other additional terms that can be applied for certain programs where you can select the participate as a portion of the GtChatPro and someone can exist from time to time. Another thing is if you are entering the Terms on behalf of a company or employer, then the respective entity should be bound to the GtChatPro for legal authorization. The Terms of Service will apply if

1. The Subscribers business activity is not associated with any context of the activities related to the Establishments in the EEA.
2. Subscriber is not providing services to the data entities who are in the EEA.

If the subscribers business commotion is in the framework of the activities related to the Establishment in the EEA or the Subscriber is providing the services to data manipulators within the EEA, this makes the subscriber initially sign an additional Data Processing Agreement before downloading and installation of the GtChatPro application service. The Agreement is available on special request by connecting to us at contact@glixentech.com

The subscriber also holds the authority to add the employees to access the accounting software with a restricted/partial approach to receive the queries, the number of employees could be up to 100 for an account with no additional charge.

The rights of the Employee for accessing rights are in accordance with the:

• To use the internal corporate chat
• Make changes to profile settings
• Access on the Subscribers Statistics
• Incorporation of the CRM section that provides the user interface that allows the subscriber's customer database
• Enables account settings

GtChatPro reserves the right to disqualify or modify at any time as part of these Terms Privacy Policy when necessary or can be deemed where undesirable. Our Suggestion is that your repeat visits to our Terms Privacy Policy will ensure you are updated about the information or any changes related to the GtChatPro services. Your use of the GtChatPro Service after the company updates these Terms Privacy Policy will constitute acceptance of the changes in Terms. GtChatPro also reserves the authority to alter or discontinue any feature or aspect of the company's service, access, limited use other requirements included.

Understanding and agreeing to GtChatPro Services that may be updated, modified, interrupted, discontinued, or suspended at any time without prior liability or notice. The company may, in sole discretion can elect to suspend or terminate the access. Moreover, the use of GtChatPro Services can be halted for anyone who violates the Terms.

The GtChatPro browser interface will be available to make you through the GtChatPro widget that one will be asked to place on the respective website. The Subscriber consent to the settlement of this widget on the website. One needs to insert an HTML or JavaScript code snippet assigned by GtChatPro (the Launch Code) w.r.t the HTML code for any website for obtaining the GtChatPro widget and its launching on the website. The Website holder with be allowed the non-transferrable/non-exclusive right to insert the Launching code in the HTML code for future needs. This is the sole responsibility of accessing and Launching the GtChatPro widget on the website depending on the Terms Privacy Policy. The Launching code cannot be used anywhere else as it is a shear property of the GtChatPro and exclusively owned by them. Copyrights are reserved and when cannot sell, shared, loaned, or leased with anyone. However, the widget Launching code is available to third parties.

To use the GtChatPro service, one needs to register to set up an account on the GtChatPro website on www.gtchatpro.com, GtChatPro mobile application, and install the GtChatPro widget by entering the Launching Code in the HTML code for the required website.

An account registration will direct you to the prompt information filled out like name, password, and email address. The registration is protected by a strict privacy policy.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE AND CORRECT INFORMATION TO PAYMENT. YOU MUST QUICKLY UPDATE INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNT CURRENT WORKING. CHANGES IN BILLING ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE MUST BE NOTIFIED PROMPTLY TO US. IF YOU FEEL VULNERABLE TO POSSIBLE BREACH OF SECURITY FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE, LET US KNOW.

A 14-day free trial period will be received as soon as you register with us effectively from when you set up your Account; however, the Company can terminate the trial period at any time at its sole discretion. The free trial period will not be followed by any monthly subscription fees until you are satisfied. On the other hand, you must enter valid credit card information instantly after the free trial period ends, in order to stay connected to use the GtChatPro service. The free trial period is available only once for the website.

The subscription period for any subscriber can be monthly, quarterly, yearly any other duration discussed according to account features set up for your account.

Subscriptions are focused on charges depending upon the account type subscribers have opted for (Subscription Fees). For renewals, GtChatPro or its payment methods may routinely charge your credit card with the amount of the current fee for the relative type of account including applicable taxes. Payments once made are non-refundable.

The credit card holders have to pay an advance subscription fee upon the sign up for Paid Account. Moreover, payment mechanisms are delivered through third parties want you to agree that GtChatPro will not be liable for arising out of the acts/omissions of respective third parties. The consent allows GtChatPro to charge your credit card directly or through payment processors. The amounts of the initial subscription period and for surplus subscription periods till your account is dismissed byGtChatPro or you.

In order to offer you continual and hassle-free service upon the submission of your payment information, by default your credit card will be automatically charged for successive time periods after the opening period where you approved payment except if you cancel the account by the end ofthe Subscription Period. For an instant, if you have paid for a monthly subscription, after the first month your credit card will be automatically billed at the applicable rate for the following month. By paying for the GtChatPro Service and authorizing payment on a credit card, you allow us to robotically charge your credit card for any subsequent periods after your opening payment. YOU CLEARLY AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PROVIDING THAT ADDITIONAL NOTICE TO THE SUBSCRIBER AFTER YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT. You can abandon your account at any time by corresponding with customer service. The cancellation will be effective instantaneously. Please notice that after the cancellation of your account, no one will be able to access or use the GtChatPro Service and you will not be permitted to reimburse any fees that you have funded.

With time we may propose additional offerings that include various modules to enhance the GtChatPro Service. Such offerings may be accessible to you separately and in the count to the Subscription Fee. Unless specified in the inscription otherwise, these Terms & policies shall be related to any such surplus offerings.

To use the GtChatPro Service, you will need to have a well-matched computer or mobile device with proper Internet access. The subscriber is hereby informed, that any submission of superior category data or illegal offense data by the Subscriber or data issues about whom private data is transferred to GtChatPro in accordance with the Workstation Services by, on behalf of the Subscriber, or at the track of will be exclusively at Subscriber’s personal risk and accountability and will be measured an intermittent submission.

Focus on these Terms, GtChatPro grants you a revocable, partial, non-transportable, non-exclusive license to (i) access and usage of the Service; (ii) install the GtChatPro web interface, the GtChatPro mobile application, and GtChatPro Widget on devices within your possession and control; and (iii) use the GtChatPro web interface, the GtChatPro mobile application, and the GtChatPro Widget to access and use the GtChatPro Service for Subscriber’s personal use. Except for the preceding license grant, Terms do not award you any rights to copyrights, patents, trade secrets, features, source code, or also other rights, titles, or interests in the GtChatPro Service, possession of which is retained by GtChatPro. All updates to the GtChatPro Service are overseen by these Terms & Privacy Policy.

You approve to fulfill any local laws and principles regarding your right to install, export, distribute or use the GtChatPro web interface, the GtChatPro mobile application, the GtChatPro Widget, and the GtChatPro Service. You permit that you have obtained adequate consent and rights (i) to contact any third party or end consumer’s systems or networks, & (ii) to access, custom, and store all data as well as files on the GtChatPro systems or otherwise use via the GtChatPro Service such data & information. You approve not to:

1. license, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, resell, transfer, distribute, timeshare, assign or otherwise commercial activity or make the GtChatPro Service accessible to any third party;
2. adapt, modify or hack the GtChatPro Service or otherwise attempt to increase illegal access to the GtChatPro Service or related systems as well as networks;
3. incorrectly submission of any sponsorship or suggestion with GtChatPro,
4. use the GtChatPro Service in any illegal manner, as well as but not limited to the harm of any individual’s privacy rights;

10. use the GtChatPro Service to meaningfully post conduct, upload, link to, send or accumulate any viruses, malware, time bombs, Trojan horses, or any other similar unsafe software (“Malicious Software”); or
11. try to use, or use the GtChatPro Service in defilement of these Terms.
12. You may not access the GtChatPro, Services if you are a competitor of GtChatPro, except with our former written consent. You may not access or use the GtChatPro Service for the purposes of monitoring performance, accessibility, and functionality, or for other benchmarking or modest purposes.

Support:

For resolutions of these Positions, Data Protection Rules refer to EU Regulation (GDPR), if the Subscriber is recognized in a European Economic Area (“EEA”) affiliate state or where the Subscriber’s managers or Customers contact the GtChatPro Service from an EEA member state-run or the Swiss Federal Act of 19 June 1992 on Data Protection if the Subscriber is established in Switzerland.

By approving to Terms, the Subscriber grants GtChatPro a general agreement in the connotation of Article 28 (2) of GDPR to involve processors for the determinations of providing the GtChatPro Service. The GtChatPro will notify the Subscriber of fluctuations in such workstations in accordance with the process of modifying these Relationships as restricted in these Terms. In case when GtChatPro is a data processor, these processors will be sub-processors for the particular controllers.

3. Google LLC, Google Asia Pacific Pte. Private Information does not include

They are sheltered by copyright, patent, trade secrets, trade dress, and trademark laws, international conventions and contracts, and all other related intellectual property and exclusive rights laws. GtChatPro, its associates, and licensors recollects all right, title, and notice in such GtChatPro Services, GtChatPro Materials, GtChatPro trade names and trademarks, and any shares or elements. Your practice of the GtChatPro Services and GtChatPro Materials, and any parts or essentials does not grant to you any possession right or knowledgeable property rights therein. Any profitable or promotional distribution, publishing, or mistreatment of the GtChatPro Materials is strictly forbidden unless you have established the express prior written authorization from the Supplier or the otherwise appropriate rights holder. Supplier reserves all privileges to the GtChatPro Services, GtChatPro Materials, and GtChatPro trade names and trademarks not specifically granted in the Terms. For resolves hereof, GtChatPro Materials means the graphics, design, systems, methods, information, visual interfaces, computer code, software, “look and feel”, organization, services, a compilation of the content, code, data as well as all other elements of the GtChatPro Service.

Term and Termination

Your rights to practice the GtChatPro Service are operative through the end of the appropriate Subscription Period unless previously terminated. These Terms will terminate directly without warning to you upon the former of

Disclaimer of Warranties

The GtChatPro service is provided without a contract of any kind. To the extreme extent permitted by related law, GtChatPro expressly renounces all warranties of any kind, whether implied, express, or statutory, including, limited the implied warranties of merchantability, capability for a particular.

Determination, and non-infringement. GtChatPro does not permit that:

1. The quality of the GtChatPro service will be continuous, error-free, timely, protected, or meet your requests or expectations
2. The outcomes obtained from the use of the GtChatPro provision will be reliable;
3. Any mistakes in the GtChatPro service will be modified. The entire risk arising out of the use or act of the GtChatPro service leftovers with you.

Limitation of liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GtChatPro or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (and with respect to free accounts for any direct damages), including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of confidential or other information or data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, failure to meet any duty, negligence, and any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever, arising out of this agreement or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the widget or the GtChatPro service even if GtChatPro or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some countries/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall GtChatPro’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of money that you have paid to GtChatPro in the preceding twelve months period. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above-stated remedy fails its essential purpose. These limitations of liability also apply with respect to damages incurred by you by reason of any products or services sold or provided by third parties other than GtChatPro and received through or advertised on or through the GtChatPro service. You agree that in the event you incur any damages, losses, or injuries that arise out of GtChatPro’s acts or omissions, the damages, if any, caused to you are not irreparable or sufficient to entitle you to an injunction preventing any exploitation of any web site, property, product, service, or other materials owned or controlled by the GtChatPro parties, and you will have no rights to enjoin or restrain the development, production, distribution, advertising, exhibition or exploitation of any web site, property, product, service, or other materials owned or controlled by GtChatPro.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability in contracts with consumers and as a result, the contents of this section may not apply to you. In these jurisdictions, GtChatPro’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Any claims or damages that you may have against GtChatPro shall only be enforceable against GtChatPro and not any other entity or its officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, or agents.

Internet Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that the internet is a network of private and public networks and that

1. The internet is not a secure infrastructure
2. GtChatPro has no control over the internet
3. GtChatPro shall not be liable for damages under any theory of law related to the discontinuance of operation of any portion of the internet or possible regulation of the internet that might restrict or prohibit the operation of the GtChatPro service.
Indemnification:

You approve to indemnify, protect and hold GtChatPro and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employers, licensors, and suppliers inoffensive from and in contradiction of all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, damages, and costs, including but not limited to practical attorneys' fees in connection with

1. Your practice of the GtChatPro Service
2. Your Customers’ use of the GtChatPro Service
3. Your desecration of these Terms
4. Your Customers’ violation of these Terms
5. Your defilement of any third-party privileges, plus any intellectual property rights
6. Your Customers’ destruction of any third-party rights, including any intellectual possessions rights.
Electronic Communications:

By employing the GtChatPro Service, your agreement to receive electronic communications from GtChatPro. Such electronic communications may comprise notices about valid fees and charges, transactional data, and other information regarding the GtChatPro Service. These electronic communications are a portion of your association with GtChatPro. You agree that any announcements, agreements, confessions or other communications that we direct you automatically will satisfy any legal statement requirements, counting that such communications be in written form.

Dispute Resolution &Arbitration; Class Action Waiver:

You signify, warrant, and promise that

2. You are not a domestic of, or a company registered in, any Prohibited Dominion
3. You shall not license agents or Customers to access or use the Facilities in violation of any U.S. or other related export embargoes, exclusions, or restrictions
4. You shall observe all applicable laws regarding the spread of technical data transferred from the United States and the republic in which you and your customers are located.
General:

These Terms shall be overseen by and understood in relation to the laws of the State of California completely. You agree that clashes of laws value of such laws, the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act, & the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980) and its inheritors are excepted in their wholeness from application to these Terms.
